Condominium Management

At Home Real Estate Group manages small condominium Associations of 2-25 units. We will meet with unit owners to gain knowledge about the operation  of the association and take it from there.

We rely on the association members to communicate with property managers the services that they wish to have performed either periodically or an ongoing basis. We work with homeowners to create a realistic budget that is both affordable and adequate to cover the operating expenses while funding yearly reserves.

Our services include the collection of condo fees, keeping the associated books and bank accounts, coordinating homeowner group decisions, getting quotes on various repairs and maintenance and coordinatiing capital improvement projects.

To assist homeowners deed transfers, we provide 6-D certificates, budgets, condo questionnaires, insurance
